Elite Retreats respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
Guests may voluntarily provide a name, email address, and phone number when requesting an add-on package or contacting a host. Hosts provide account details such as an email address and property information used to build their digital guide.
Guest details submitted through a package request are forwarded to the property host so they can fulfill the request. Account information is used to operate your account, deliver guides, and send service-related email.
If you are a host, Stephanie A. Smith P.A. may also email you about Elite Retreats services and real estate related content for her real estate business with eXp Realty, LLC. You can unsubscribe anytime. Guests are contacted only about their request unless they opt in to more.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the property host you contacted (so they can fulfill your request) and with service providers that run the Service: our hosting, database, and host login providers and our email delivery provider. Weather and tide widgets load data from Open-Meteo and NOAA Tides & Currents; no personal information is sent to them.
We use only the storage necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. Third-party embeds such as maps and weather data may load content from their own providers.
If you check a text-message consent box on our website, Elite Retreats | Guides (operated by Stephanie A. Smith P.A.) will send text messages to the mobile number you provide, for the purposes described next to that box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for help or contact us at hello@realestatesteph.com / 239-778-4964. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile information only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our messaging/CRM platform) and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We keep guest request details only as long as needed to fulfill the request and for our records, and host account data while the account is active, then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Requests must be submitted by adults 18 or older.
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and review the site regularly. Elite Retreats does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any user, business, property, or transaction. We encourage you to use your own free will and due diligence before entering into any agreement or purchasing anything from anyone.
